    30 เมษายน พ.ศ 2530
  • ผลิตชิ้นส่วนให้กับบริษัทยานยนต์, เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า บรรจุภัณฑ์สำหรับอาหาร และอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์
  • เครื่องจักรมีขนาดตั้งแต่ 40 ตันจนถึง 650 ตัน
  • มีเจ้าของเป็นคนไทย 100%
  • มีพื้นที่ทั้งหมด 18,080 ตารางเมตร พื้นที่อาคาร 7,800 ตารางเมตร

OUR 4M

MACHINE

Our company are using high performance plastic injection machines. We have 67 plastic injection machines from 6 brands.

 

(FANUC, SUMITOMO, TOYO, NISSEI, JSW, ENGEL)

 

We have plastic injection machines size between 50 to 650 ton using to produce many kinds product.

MATERIAL

Our company has experienced in many grades of plastic material. We can produce product from PP (Polypropylene), PS (Polystyrene), PE (Polyethylene), ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), PA6 (Polyamide 6 or Nylon 6), PA66 (Polyamide 66 or Nylon 66), POM(Polyoxymethylene), PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate or ACRYLIC), PBT (Polybutylene terephthalate), TPV (Thermoplastic Vulcanizates), TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) etc.

We have collaborated with many plastics mold maker. We can provide high quality plastics mold with reasonable price from our partner. Or even you have your own molds we can make a high-quality part for you with ISO quality assurance. And we will keep your mold on best condition by our Maintenance Team.

Our Engineering plastic Team is the secret to our success. Each of our employees has their own talent and together we do better result. We’re very proud of the Engineering plastic team we’ve built. To make our OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) improved, our team has learnt to upgrade their own skill to be better Engineering plastic team.
